Settlement Policy
Although we are a litigation firm, we are not adverse to the settlement of cases where justified.
We advise clients on the risks of litigation and the current anti-victim attitude among jurors,
arbitrators, and courts. We mediate most cases and the settlement percentage is high, largely
because we do not take frivolous cases.

The defense bar in California is well organized and well funded. In some cases, defense costs
exceed the fair value of the case. This type of bullying necessitates the commitment of your
attorney to take cases to trial when necessary. Many cases require services of a team of lawyers.
